COMMUNITY TEA MEDITATION: Sit, Breath, Sip / Begin your day with a steaming bowl of Tea. It is said that when Tea is served and received with mindfulness it becomes medicine for body, mind and spirit. This ceremonial meditation is an opportunity to pause, connect to your heart and open yourself to the wisdom of Tea. It is an invitation to rise with the sun and begin your day with intention. After receiving Tea, we will sit for 5-10 minutes in self-guided meditation.
